Date Application Received	Date Local Authority received Application.
Date Application Validated	Date Local Authority validated the Application.
Date Decision Made	Date decision was made on the Application.
Date Decision Issued	Date Local Authority issued decision on the Application.
Warrant Expiry Date	Date that the Warrant expires.
